Springdale Commerce Park (SCP)

SCP is Springdale’s newest Class A industrial development.  SCP enjoys excellent visibility and access to I-275 and I-75 with nearby amenities and an established labor base within the largest industrial submarket in the region.  

Phase One was completed in 2020 and contains two buildings totaling 577,002 square feet.  Phase Two was completed in 2024 and contains two additional buildings - 180,103 SF and 374,475 SF.

The park features state-of-the-art buildings and a lush landscape buffer and greenspace.
